Research And Implementation Of Enterprise Field Personnel Attendance System

Traditional attendance checking methods(such as fingerprint clocking-in.paper clocking-in,etc.)have been unable to meet the current requirements of enterprises on attendance.There are many disadvantages in these methods,such as substute clocking-in,waste,of human resources,low recognition,lack of multi-system expansibility,etc.In addition,the traditional attcndance,checking method cannol solve the problem of field staff clocking-in.In order to help enterprises better regulate and manage the behavior of employees,On the basis of face recognition and GPS positioning this paper implements an intelligent attendance system tor field staff.The system is divided into two parts:management side and user side.The mainagerment side adopts the form of web pages for administrators to usc.Administrators can create field staff,set attendance requirements,check attendance results and other operations through the management side.The management side is developed in the traditional HTML+JS way,The user side use a form of mobile APP for field staff,who can the APP to clock in,ask for leave and other operations.The user side is developed in Android language.The background API of the whole set of services is provided by Java.Spring Boot2+Oauth2.0+Mybaties framework is adopted to build the background,senrt,and the database is the version of MySQL 5.7.After the completion of the project,the whole set of services and pages are deployed on Aliyun ECS server to provide external services.The core module of this system is the intelligent clock-in.This system ensures the accuracy and authenticity of the user's clock-in information through face recognition and GPS positioning,Considering the research and development cost of face recognition technology and GPS positioning system,the system adopts the API of the third party:GPS positioning technology of Amap and face recognition technology of Baidu AI.The system optimizes the acquired location and face portrait and sends them to the third-party platform through API.The platform returns the results to the system after processing.Through the use of the system,the difficulty of clock-in for field staff is successfully solved.At the same time,the double insurance of face recognition and GPS positioning is adopted to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of clock-in.This greatly facilitates the management and audit of field staff attendance.The functionality and expansibility of the system can meet the requirements of the current Internet personalized attendance,and support the subsequent expansion and development.
