The construction management system is an important component of the informationization development of construction enterprises.Quality control,cost control and safety control of construction enterprises are important methods for the development of corporate economic activities and the improvement of core competitiveness of enterprises.The construction management system can effectively help the enterprise to formulate the project plan.Through the construction management system,the construction management personnel and project supervisors can view the project construction progress and quality in real time,and the corresponding construction instructions can be issued through the system.It can comprehensively control and supervise the construction progress,cost and quality of the project as a whole.Therefore,strengthening construction management informationization is an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the research background and significance of the construction management system are discussed in detail.Based on the analysis of the status quo of construction management system at home and abroad,the research content of this system is proposed.This paper analyzes the overall needs of the system through the actual business process of the construction management system as the background,combined with computer information technology and network technology.According to the actual business process of building construction progress management,the system divides the system into eight functional modules according to the software engineering design theory.Each functional module uses the interface to call the service call.By adopting the design of three-tier architecture,the system divides the system into system application layer,business logic layer and data layer as a whole,and reduces the coupling degree between systems through hierarchical structure.The business process design of the system is designed based on the business structure based on workflow technology.The most important feature of workflow technology is that it can integrate the business process defined beforehand into the construction management system,and reduce the development task of the system by defining the business process beforehand..The system integrates workflow technology and J2EE architecture into the construction management system,thus achieving seamless connection between workflow technology and J2EE architecture.The realization of the system not only can strengthen the real-time supervision of construction progress information,reduce the delay of construction progress caused by information delay,but also effectively improve the efficiency of construction management,and ultimately reduce construction management costs and information costs.
