| This thesis introduces the China Telecom IDC(Internet Data Center) business on the whole. Based on this, author explains the architecture of China Telecom IDC Management System in detail and especially expounds the workflow technique using in system. First, the thesis introduces the foreground and actuality of the IDC development, expatiates on the important signification of this project. Second, through an analysis of project function and working background, gets the necessity of using workflow techniques. According to comparing the architecture of J2EE and .NET, summarizing the advantages of J2EE, author describes in detail about the reason why to use WEB patterns based on J2EE in system. Next, through the deep-seated anatomy of the operation flow of China Telecom IDC, author puts forward the solution to the characteristic of workflow sheds in this system. In this thesis, from work principle, realization and algorithm all these methods, author specifies the minitype workflow management system, which is suitable for the requirements of given operation function in detail. At the same time, combining with activity diagram and state chart diagram, author gives a vivid analysis of China Telecom IDC operation flow, including all types of operation, natural and exceptional embranchment, to show the operation function and process of IDC Management System all around. Last, besides realizing the system function, author anatomists the lack of this workflow management system, and then provides a way to improve the system. At one time, author makes an appraisal for the role that plays in the system by using workflow techniques.
