3D printing is one kind of rapid-prototyping technology,which is based on the digital three-dimensional model file,through printing layer by layer to construct a model with the powdered plastic、metal、silk、liquid resin and other adhesive materials,The technology of 3D printing is laminated manufacture.Products manufactured by 3D printing technology will appear layers of lines in the direction of manufacturing type,which is its inherent characteristic.In addition,it cannot meet the requirements of product appearance for the 3D printing products have only one color by the limitation of material.Post-processing of surface grinding,polishing and spraying is required for the printed parts and will take a great quantity of manual operation and processing time,so the post-processing is considered a bottleneck of the 3D printing technology.On the post-processing of 3D printing products,except for some large-scale manufacturers of 3D printing equipment have related research on the post-processing methods of products manufactured by its factory,there is no systematic research on the post-processing methods of 3D printing products at present,especially for the small desktop.Post processing technology of enterprises cannot meet the requirement in the"family type" development of 3D printing,which is also one reason that restricts the popularity of 3D printers in the home field.In this paper,based on the technology of model remediation by filling solid,we made an experimental application research on polishing and coloring of 3D printing products,improved and optimized the post-processing technology used by large enterprises.The operation scheme of post-processing and coloring is provided for common 3D printing materials(PLA,ABS and nylon)which is suitable for colleges and families.And the tools used by polishing and coloring are optimized and improved.It has a significant meaning for the 3D printing products in education、healthcare、3D printing stores and family personalized 3D products,It will improve the quality of printing products、increase production efficiency and reduce production cost. |
