Integrated Proj ect Delivery is a new delivery method in construction industry.Due to the advantage that it can improve enterprise efficiency and cut off costs by coordi-nating all project participants to collaborate together,this delivery method is more and more popular among construction industry.In order to cut off waste of resources and increase profit margins,the software department of H Company starts to adopt Integrat-ed Project Delivery method during their reforms on workflows.Thus an information system which can support the workflow of Integrated Project Delivery is strongly re-quired for future business of H Company.According to the development and present technology of major Enterprise Resource Planning systems,there is no such ERP sys-tem which can provide function modules or business suits to support IPD method.In this situation,the software department of H Company have to develop an Integrated Delivery Platform by itself.In order to guarantee the fluency and high efficiency of de-livery business flow,this Integrated Delivery Platform is expected to manage projects,project members,schedules,roles and rights in software delivery business.The thesis designs and implements the integrated delivery platform management system for software delivery business of H Company.The system has the key function of management at the very first stage,including project management,member manage-ment,role and right management.The system allows users to use batch data operation for business scene like projects initialization and data migration.The platform also provides the capability of request validation and configuration encryption.The plat-form is developed in Java language,and it adopts Spring Cloud microservice solution together with multiple technologies and middle wares like Eureka,Nginx and Zuul.The graphic user interface in developed with Angular 6.0.The thesis introduces the integrated delivery platform management system in the aspects of request,design and implementation.First,the thesis analyses the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.Secondly,it elaborates the design of this platform' s architecture based on the Spring Cloud microservice solution,dividing the system into four modules including management module,batch operation module,configuration encryption module and request validation module.It also designs specific function modules and database structure.Finally,the thesis picks representative parts from different modules to illustrates the implementation of the system,and gives out analysis on system functional tests and performance tests.
