Fujian Mobile Integrated Network Resource Management System Design And Implementation

After the reorganization of communication operators in China, ChinaMobile haveto face a huge network system, business resources, the complex service opening processand the complex after-sales service. Since the resource management, scheduling andmonitoring are not unified, a unified resource centre is not formed. Due to that, unifiedexternal resources services can’t be provided and the customer satisfaction and servicequality can’t be met.So it really need to establish a corresponding IT support system tomeet the pre-sale, sale and after sale service of resource data support requirement.To address the problem, this paper takes the integrated network business resourcemanagement platform construction as the main research object.In the paper,the authoranalyses the current situation and problem of business resources, and elaborates theoverall train of thought of system construction and the overall system architecturedesign.In the paper, the author points out the key and difficulties that constructing thesystem and proposes solutions of the resource data acquisition, resource modelconstruction, resource data verification and resource application and other difficultiesduring the resource management platform construction. The paper elaborates therealization of providing a unified foreign resource service by the service openingsystem and establishing the data exception safety control mechanism. In the paper, theauthor analyses the system requirements in detailed. then design the integrated serviceplatform in four aspects such as the system architecture, system function, system flow,system safty.This thesis is mainly realized by J2EE, WEB, XML and ORACLE. The datacollection protocol management, resource model tools, data quality management toolsand data analysis tool are the core foundation constructions of the system. Thetechnology above greatly enhances the efficiency of system development.During the system construction, my mainly work is to analysis and research thedomestic and foreign resources present situation and construction, especially for themobile company’s resources and the construction of resources. Based on the analysis ofthe results, I put forward the overall train thought of resource system construction andpoint out the system construction difficulties and keys. In addition to the core work,my work also includes demand survey, demand analysis, business design, core process design, resource model design and safety design for the system. My work is to managethe whole project,and to promote the system constructionAt Last, the thesis make a brief summary of the results, noting that the systemexisting deficiencies and proposed way forward ideas.
