According to the research and analysis of the information systems, most of their purpose is to acquiring the valid data. therefore, we studied the advanced technologies of current electronic form system and combined with the reality requirements, and furthermore brought up our solution for general electronic form system based on J2EE.The electronic form system has three main functions including form design, display and data submission. The form design model provides a visible interactive platform, in which users can design forms efficiently. The function of display model is to show the form designation for users to view, print and submit. The function of submission is to save user's data to database. This thesis not only processes the research and implementation of the system architecture and the systematic design philosophy,but also describes the key algorithms and the business flow.The distinctive feature is the bottom data model, focus on expand system and system's in common use to design a base J2EE common use electronic form system. It solved the contradiction between present form strength professional technology and weakness in common use. Through the standard SQL language to describe operation feature of the electronic form. Combined with form component, it can deal with the various styles of the electronic form efficiently. This technology can expand and apply for various software form systems easily.Electronic form is one of important part of the information system, and also is the key point of the information process technology. Taking the advantage of the electronic form technology, it will be main direction for information technology application to improve the interface design and business processing logic of electronic form system.
