With the development of network, E-government and office automation have been more widely used. To build a paperless office system has become a trend. Many enterprises and institutions have established their own web sites and office network systems, and developed or introduced the E-government system and OA system and so on. Many software companies have also launched their own E-government system solutions, A variety of related application development techniques become more sophisticated. The things like uploading or downloading of a large number of documents and managing documents are often encountered in daily work in the units. Obviously, exchanging documents between departments, printing many documents, treating some classified documents cost manpower and reduce efficiency. According to such background and the needs of office in the department, I designed and achieved electronic document transmission system based on J2EE.Through access to a large number of domestic and international e-government system, office automation systems, electronic document management system documentation and relevant standard and definition, I researched and chose technology, analyzed carefully and compared to the mainstream of technology and application database of the current e-government systems, office automation systems and electronic document management system, At last I decided to select the specification of J2EE technology to designed electronic document transmission system using Struts+Spring+Hibernate J2EE lightweight frame structure and Microsoft SQL Server2008database, gave the application system under the framework of the design the framework. I analyzed the requirement of system deeply, designed each module and database in detail based on the requirements, Made a detailed analysis of the security of the electronic document during transmission at the same time. On one hand the security of information transmission. On the other hand document access security. Using appropriate security control techniques such as authentication, public key infrastructure, digital signature authentication to protect the security of electronic documents, Analyzed and described the related key technical points. Finally, according to the application of system test cases, test environment and test cases are described in detail from the way of reliability, efficiency, compatibility, security.
