Design And Implementation Of Shouguang Electric Supervision And Monitoring System

In the establishment of a sound system to prevent corruption, China has developed a new mode of science and technology of corruption prevention, due to the extensive application of modern information technology in discipline inspection. Electronic supervision is a product of the organic combination, background with the Chinese rapid development of information technology over the past decade. The practice of electric supervision shows the world that it has provided an effective way to combine the modern information technology and corruption prevention organically. The development of electronic supervision has created a chance and tool in an unprecedented way and has become an important means by which the Chinesegovernment carries out and enhancesthe execution of corruption prevention.The main research of this paper is about the designing and realizing a system of electronic supervision and monitoring system according to actual situations of Shouguang. On the guidance of the principles of strengthening supervision and increasing efficiency, the system can collect the information of corruption prevention in the form of electronic, digital automatic data collection, communication and recreation and implement the electronic monition on administration examination and approval and supervising and managing of fund and so on. Besides, it also has other functions such as real time monitoring, information service, statistical analysis and performance evaluation.
