Research And Implementation Of J2EE Based On Electronic Tax System

At present, information technology is developing rapidly. Advanced technology is emerging in an endless stream. Network bandwidth is continually expanding. Computer performance is improved doubly. The developing of IT and computer network prepared necessary conditions for E-taxation. The tax network declarer is an important part of E-taxation. It improved shortcomings of taxes paid by man, which consume a lot of manpower and material resources. It improved the work efficiency of taxman.This dissertation develops the Electronic Tax Revenue System on J2EE based on Revenue new requirements, which adopts the architecture of B/S (Browser/Server). The main study aspects are the following:(1)This thesis describes simple association with technologies of income declaration system of e-tax management system based on J2EE architecture, which are UML, J2EE technology, ORACLE database and so on. (2)According to system analyses of demand, feasibility and database, it finishes function demand and division of specific system task of this system. It also finishes the designing of database. (3)This thesis uses the UML to module and analysis the declare process, uses use-case diagram to describe the function of the system from the angle of the customer, point out operator of each function, also describe the condition and information stream of use-case, let us to understand system operation process clearly. (4) Using PKI Security Technology based on digital certification to solve the safety problem of Electronic Tax Revenue System. (5) Using the Three-tier architecture based on J2EE and MVC design-pattern to develop the Electronic Tax Revenue System. (6) Using E-R diagram the thesis designs and analyzes database. (7) At the Inland Revenue to declare module designed two types of tax declarations page are the form of a tax declaration form, and the other is a batch of tax declaration. (8) For systems that exist in a variety of potential safety problems, put forward a detailed solution. For example in the user log module, in order to prevent the disclosure of user information used and achieve the safety of the user CA certificate, which is one of the characteristics of the system.This system has been successfully used in 10 revenues, banks and taxpayers. The realization of the system has upgraded the electronic level of tax and also promoted the development of electronic government affairs as well as the further development of electronic tax in our country.
