Design And Implementation Of Electronic Medical Record Management System

Based on the rapid development of information technology,enterprises can realize high efficient information management.The hospital strengthens information construction to meet the requirements of the health care system reform in our country.Under this background,the hospital improved the existing hospital information management system,and built the electronic medical record system.The existing hospital information management system aims at the function of the electronic medical record management,and the traditional manual medical treatment can't meet the needs of patients with efficient service.Thus,it is necessary for the hospital to construct a system of electronic medical records management in order to meet the demand of business services.On the basis of theoretical analysis and the survey of hospital business,the schemes of construction electronic medical record system and implementation have been proposed in this research.Reference to relevant research results of electronic medical record system,this research combed the hospital existing business processes,and analyzed functional and nonfunctional requirements of electronic medical record system in the hospital.The system is designed to three-tier structure,including application of functional layers,Java framework layer,and the database layer.Application of functional layers connected with the database layer through the middle of Java framework,which can realize the efficient data calls.Since then,the system in the part of the commissioning department was completed.System response speed,system stability,system security achieved the requirement of the system requirements analysis phase.The construction and application of the system makes the hospital service efficiency,lowest cost,and to be able to realize the goal of information sharing,while increasing the ability of the hospital information management.
