Doppler navigation radar is an important equipment in aircraft flight.With the increasing complexity of aircraft flying environment,the performance requirements of doppler navigation radar are also improving.In the design and experiment of the traditional radar system,it will cost a large amount of manpower and material resources,and the adaptability of the new demand is poor,and the development and testing cycle is long.With the rapid development of information technology in the recent years,the computer simulation technology begins to gradually apply to the simulation and design of radar system,using computer simulation technology can effectively reduce the research cost.Radar echo signal is used in the machine testing and debugging process of doppler navigation radar.Therefore,the simulation of Doppler navigation radar echo signal is of great significance to the research and development of doppler navigation radar.In this thesis,the simulation of doppler navigation radar echo signal is realized by computer simulation technology,and the doppler navigation simulation system is designed,and the simulation results are verified.Firstly,the doppler navigation radar echo signal simulation scheme is designed combining with the working principle and the requirements of doppler navigation radar,which mainly includes four pattern functions.The workflow of the Doppler navigation radar echo signal simulation system software is given,including radar and aircraft parameter initialization,echo signal working system and external output system.Then the software framework is briefly discussed and the software interface diagram is given.Secondly,the modules needed for the echo signal simulation system are designed according to the simulation scheme,including the transmitter module,antenna module and echo signal generation module.The mathematical model of these modules is set up respectively,and the simulation diagrams are given.Grid method is used to simulated the ground clutter signal in echo signal generating module,and the area that the beam shines is divided into grid units according to the range resolution and azimuth angle resolution.Then the reflection echo signal of each grid cell is added to get the whole ground clutter signal.Then,due to the long flight simulation time and large amount of operation data,the time that the simulation runs is long and the efficiency of the program running is low.In view of this problem,the optimization of the parallel computation is used in the program code structure,which has greatly shortened the simulation time and improved the simulation operation efficiency.Finally,the simulation system parameters are set,and the combined branch functions of the four mode functions of the simulation scheme are simulated respectively.The simulation results are analyzed with doppler frequency,and the correctness of doppler navigation radar echo signal system is verified.In this thesis,the doppler navigation radar echo signal simulation system which is designed and developed can truly simulate the radar echo signal received and provide the simulation data for the multiple machine test and subsystem debugging.The running simulation efficiency of the doppler navigation radar echo signal simulation system is optimized,and the simulation results verify the correctness and high-efficiency of the doppler navigation radar echo signal simulation system.
