Fire control radar occupies an irreplaceable position in the weapon system in our air defense and other fields.The traditional radar system implementation is based on multiple single core DSP's architecture,which often leads to the shortcomings of the whole system,such as low integration,high power consumption,and difficult data transmission.With the rapid development of radar technology,the radar system requires the digital signal processor to achieve real-time data processing,multi task parallel processing,large data processing and storage,and large bandwidth transmission of data.Therefore,the requirements of multi-function integration,multi-core parallel processing,and high integration have become the trend of modern radar systems.Based on study of the fire control radar signal processor project,this paper introduces the fire control radar signal processing algorithm and the specific process of radar signal processing and data processing module design and implementation of DSP software.Firstly,this paper introduces the main working process of fire control radar signal processing,and the key algorithm is described and implemented.The paper describes in detail the implementation of key algorithms in DSP,and compares the DSP processing results with the simulation results on computer to verify the correctness of the implementation.Then the paper introduces the data processing of the radar system,which mainly introduces the realization method of single target tracking-filtering—?? ilter,expounds the theory of this filtering method and the concrete flow of DSP implementation,and verifies the result with the computer simulation.Secondly,this paper begins to determine radar signal processing system design and implementation.According to the requirements of the project and the resources of the board card,the paper determines the system's design,the method of system data transmission,task allocation and the communication method of multi core.Because the project involves data interaction between tasks,using EDMA to transfer data can greatly improve the transmission efficiency of the system and the pipeline operation;the paper discusses how to realize the pipeline between chips,and the project uses SRIO to transfer data between DSP and FPGA and Hyperlink to transfer data between DSPs;the project involves data interaction between DSP and PC,so this paper introduces the Ethernet interface and communication protocol UDP used for communicating with the PC.Finally,the paper introduces some problems in system design.The paper analyzes the problems encountered in debugging and gives the method to solve the problems,such as how to solve multicore cache consistency problems when transfer data between multicore,how to parallel and optimize the codes when the computing time is too long,and how to solve the collapse of semaphore,communication mechanism failure and the SYS/BIOS system.This paper discusses these problems and gives a detailed analysis of solution,which provides the basis for many problems in project implementation.
