With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,a lot of information-based software and systems have emerged as the times require.At the same time,with the improvement of people's understanding of information technology,many enterprises will choose computer systems to assist enterprise management.Generally,the first thing is to choose collaborative office systems,and so do mechanical manufacturing enterprises..Many machinery manufacturing enterprises are group enterprises,there are many subsidiaries or distribution in different locations of the base,more need to coordinate the support of the office system.Many enterprises only realize paperless office in the initial stage of the online collaborative office system.With the emergence of collaboration and workflow concepts,machinery manufacturing enterprises have a new demand,that is,to achieve remote collaborative office,but the process integration is often insufficient.Cooperative office system is the "bridge" between enterprises and people.From the perspective of future development,"people-oriented,concerted efforts" is its essence.There is a PDCA cycle system of "planning,executing,checking and dealing" in every activity of the enterprise,and the process of goal formulation,resource allocation,execution of the plan and improvement of the cycle should be carried out.When the activities of enterprises focus on the executors,we can find that what is really needed is the "people,heart" linked to the fair platform,which supports the development of enterprise activities and landing.Further,through collaborative office,optimize the existing management organizational structure,adjust the management system,on the basis of improving efficiency,increase collaborative office capacity,enhance interpersonal communication,improve the consistency of strategic decision-making.This paper studies the construction process of collaborative office system,cross-departmental,cross-business process integration based on workflow system,data writing,so as to make the internal processes of enterprises subtract,reduce duplication of labor,and promote the deepening application of collaborative office.This paper takes Chongqing Construction Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.as an example,combs the business process of the enterprise,builds a system solution that accords with the development of the company,establishes the system functional framework,builds a system technical solution platform,and combines software engineering project management.By using workflow system,this paper realizes the analysis,design and implementation of the cooperative office system,which mainly includes the modules of basic data management,announcement management,security management and electronic process,and completes the implementation and application of specific cases,thus improving the office efficiency.Tests show that the cooperative office system and workflow meet the requirements.Definition.
