After many years of construction of TD-LTE base station in a provincial mobile company,the existing LTE backhaul network is based on PTN construction,using L2 VPN + static L3 VPN PTN bearing scheme.The existing network has some problems,such as insufficient network protection ability in PTN trunk line and MAN network,insufficient expansion ability of existing network equipment version,and lack of static L3 VPN and Native IP static routing linkage mechanism.When two faults occur inside the LTE PTN core layer L3 VPN network,there is a phenomenon that the L3 VPN network can not be protected and switched,resulting in service interruption.This paper optimizes the protection scheme of TD-LTE backhaul network by data link layer protection and IP routing layer protection.Firstly,the data link layer protection is optimized,and the implementation process of the PTN-based TD-LTE backhaul network link protection optimization method is given.This paper optimizes the LTE PTN core layer of metropolitan area transport network and trunk line transport network,meanwhile gives the protection supplement method of LTE PTN core layer of metropolitan area transport network.It solves the traffic blocking problem of LTE PTN in 19 kinds of double breakpoint fault scenarios.The protection switching is simple,fast and effective.Secondly,the static routing protection scheme of TD-LTE backhaul network is optimized from IP routing layer,and a static routing protection method for LTE PTN transport network based on multi-stage BFD is proposed.By establishing the linkage protection method of static L3 VPN and Native IP static routing,the problem of traffic blocking carried by LTE PTN in three double breakpoint fault scenarios is solved,at the same time the network security is improved.In addition,there is no effective and clear optimization method for LTE backhaul network,and the municipalities with insufficient technical maintenance capacity lack the principle of core layer veneer separation.If the PTN core layer exists with the veneer,it is easy to cause a single point of failure,thus causing the interruption of regional LTE services.To solve the problem of service interruption caused by single point fault,this paper presents two principles of LTE PTN local network core layer: the key single board separation principle and the expansion principle.It has practical guiding function for the design of communication network and the maintenance and optimization of current network.Finally,an application test is carried out in the existing network of a provincial mobile company.The results show that the research on the optimization scheme of TDLTE backhaul network protection based on PTN meets the expectation,greatly reducing the probability of LTE network blocking,reducing the probability of base station blocking,saving network maintenance costs,improving network security and user perception.
