Design Of Environmental Monitoring System Of Changchun Planning Bureau

At present,China has entered a period of high incidence of environmental pollution accidents.With the rapid development of science and technology,environmental problems have become increasingly serious,and various pollution incidents have occurred continuously,seriously affecting human health and life.The purpose of environmental monitoring is to track the source of pollution according to the distribution of pollution,timely,accurately and comprehensively reflect the current status and development trend of environmental quality,and provide scientific basis for the protection of the environment and human health,and the development of environmental regulations,plans and standards.Changchun Planning Bureau caters to the relevant requirements of the state,province and city,plans the layout environmental monitoring matrix,builds the urban environmental monitoring network,builds the city perception system,and improves the Changchun environmental quality monitoring network.It is in this context that this paper analyzes and studies the environmental monitoring system completed by the cooperation between Changchun Planning Bureau and Changchun Tower Copporation.This paper analyzes and expounds the concepts and contents of environmental monitoring and environmental monitoring systems.The concept of environmental monitoring was introduced,and its principle and monitoring sampling method were described for air quality monitoring,soil quality monitoring and water quality monitoring.The concept and composition of the environmental monitoring system are described,its significance and needs are expounded,and the design structure of the environmental monitoring system is discussed.This paper gives an overall elaboration of the environmental monitoring system completed by the Changchun Planning Bureau and Changchun Tower Copporation.The layout principles of the environmental monitoring system and the environmental monitoring objectives adopted were explored.The overall design of the environmental monitoring system was introduced,including cooperation mode,equipment selection,commercial pricing and site selection.The implementation of this monitoring system,such as equipment introduction,matrix construction and smart management platform construction,was analyzed.The current construction status of the system in Changchun was further studied.The progress and monitoring results of this environmental monitoring system were described.This paper analyzes and studies the environmental monitoring equipment used in this environmental monitoring project.The principle and characteristics of YDT-sia001 A airquality monitoring station are expounded,and the system scheme is given.The principle of each sub-module is studied.The main technical parameters of the equipment system are introduced,including environmental monitoring parameters and host system parameters,and the networking and application of environmental monitoring equipment are further analyzed.This paper studies the operation and maintenance of the environmental monitoring equipment used in this project.The general operation of this air monitoring equipment,as well as the operation of the intelligent supervision software and GPRS module of the system,the data communication protocol used in the system,the calibration of the gas sensor in the equipment and the daily maintenance and failure are introduced.The processing and other related content were analyzed and elaborated.Comprehensively investigating and scientifically evaluating the city's air quality,acoustic environment,and water environment quality status,analyzing future air quality and water quality change trends,provides scientific basis for environmental management and government decision-making,and have important practical significance for the realization of environmental ecological value.
