Design And Implementation Of The Environmental Monitoring Data Processing Platform For Zhenglanqi Environmental Protection Bureau

The traditional environmental monitoring method mainly by manual,namely pollution samples were collected manually and brought back to the laboratory for analysis.The method is not only difficult to ensure the timeliness of monitoring,but also to collect pollution samples.Moreover,the staff sometimes is difficult to collect pollution samples because of the wicked environment,therefore,it is particularly important to design and develop an online real-time remote environmental monitoring platform.In this paper,based on the daily needs of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Zhenglanqi and the demand for information construction and development,the author combined the dailt work demand of Zhenlanqi Environmental Protection Bureau and the development of information construction demand,using the related computer technology to the whole Zhenglanqi environmental monitoring data processing platform design and realization in detail.For the Environmental Protection Bureau monitoring data's availability and safety performance is well ensured,systematic is mainly used in the MVC architecture,using Ajax interface technology in the development process,at the same time when selection in the system database is SQL Server 2012 database.Firstly,the feasibility of the platform through the analysis of the specific needs of task management,and the monitoring platform includes samples and sampling work management,quality management,laboratory analysis management and report management five core functions are analyzed and designed each function use case diagram;then in accordance with function requirement analysis platform with the technology,completed the overall structure of the platform and the design of function modules,in the design of the function module,using functional structure diagram,flow chart and diagram of the five core functions that are designed in detail,and the design of database platform;finally,from the function test and performance test of two on completion of a comprehensive test of the whole platform,the test results showed the expected index.At present,after the platform development,system testing,data import and test run after the Zhenglanqi environmental monitoring data processing platform has very rich functions and good users' experience,writing being capable of improving can improve the quick response ability of remote data processing and speed up the monitoring report,make decision-making more scientific and timeliness to enhance the efficiency.
