In recent years,the standard of temperature monitoring in various industries is becoming higher and higher,especially in medical vaccine,food cold chain logistics,and other fields.Currently,the commonly used wireless temperature measurement technology includes temperature logger,Zigbee monitoring node,and radio frequency identification tag monitoring system.However,the characteristics of existing system,such as the volume of temperature logger and Zigbee monitoring node in WSN is very large,cannot satisfy the entire cold chain logistics transportation requirements for transparency and product traceability.At the same time,many temperature sensitive products like fresh produce and drugs need to be transported to all over the world,and the transport section will involve a lot of responsible parties.But the handheld reading and writing devices that are equipped in each link of passive UHF RFID system solution are expensive,and with increasingly complexity of the supply chain the cost has become gradually rise.This paper presents the design and development of temperature sensing tags based on NFC technology,designing NFC Reader APP and NFC sensing tag uints with the modular thought,and the low cost recording and effective monitoring of cold chain process temperature index are realized.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following points:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cold chain logistics transportation,and summarizes the research status of NFC technology and tag temperature monitoring system.Accordingly,the demand analysis and scheme design of NFC temperature tag unit monitoring system are proposed.(2)Accoding to actual needs and solution architecture,a hardware development,including temperature acquisition,storage,RF circuit,electromagnetic compatibility design and NFC antenna configurations and impedance matching circuit,was completed;At the same time,the overall structure and software program of tag unit processes are designed.Finally,the software design of tag unit was achieved at STVD development environment.(3)The NFC Reader APP,including tag scan judgment,data reading and data displaying,was implemented.A complete link from tag temperature acquisition,tag record reading to user data displaying,was established.(4)A climate chamber simulation test experiment was carried out,the overall system test results show that this system can realize the temperature data acquisition,the tag type identification and record reading by means of wireless communication of NFC.The results showed that the NFC tag temperature monitoring system achieved the targets requirements.
