| Due to the limitations of current automation level,artificial intelligence and sensor technology,it is difficult to design a fully automatic advanced intelligent robot suitable for complex environment in unknown space.The operator of the remote operating system platform of humanoid robot can control the field robot to complete the corresponding task.Eventually,humans will be liberated from harsh and dangerous working conditions.At present,the application of remote operation technology in space exploration,deep-sea exploration and the construction and maintenance of nuclear power plants is very promising.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the remote operation technology of humanoid robot.The author of this paper and the way of the wireless local area network(wlan)access to the object of teleoperation control limited range of faults,and the existing teleoperation controller mobile shortcomings such as large size,large power consumption,not easily,using the advantage of 3 g mobile network high coverage designed an Android mobile phone as for teleoperation platform of humanoid robot teleoperation system.In this paper,design of the humanoid robot based on mobile network video monitoring system,as a whole is divided into mobile phones and humanoid robot teleoperation platform system side two parts,through the WCDMA network for remote communication between them.Video data collected by the robot end is compressed by h.264 and sent to the mobile phone client in RTP data packets.The system control instruction is sent to the humanoid robot system through the smart phone,and the control instruction is transmitted through TCP transmission protocol.The remote control controller at the robot end realizes the control of the humanoid robot by judging the control instructions received.Finally,through the performance test of the system,the robot can respond to the control instructions sent by the mobile phone client,and can complete a series of actions such as lowering the head,raising the head,moving straight to the right and turning left.The mobile teleoperation platform can also receive video data clearly from the field robot.The whole system can run effectively and smoothly. |
