With the rapid development of science and technology in the past few years,ultrasonic wave has been used more and more in the sensor and even in the microelectromechanical systems.At present,the design of single chip microcomputer and discrete components is used much more in the market,and this paper presents the design of the microelectromechanical system.In addition,in today's distance measurement market,all kinds of high-precision sensors provide convenience for people's Internet of things life.However,besides the simple distance measure function,the accuracy and power consumption of the distance measure sensor are required to be much better.Therefore,the research of ultrasonic distance measure sensor is more and more important.Based on the existing technology of ultrasonic sensor chip design,this paper combines some previous design ideas in the world.This paper introduces a transceiver ultrasonic sensor chip.In this paper,we described the background and status of the research firstly.The research background describes the basic principles of ultrasonic sensors,and the development status is mainly discussed at home and abroad.Then some overall parameters of the ultrasonic sensor chip and the design of the peripheral circuit are introduced,and the functions,parameters and indexes of the chip are further explained.Next,several important module designs of ultrasonic sensor chip are described in detail,and the corresponding simulation verification is also described.In the end,this paper describes the whole simulation of the chip module and some planning of the layout,finally describes the corresponding technical processing.In this paper,ultrasonic sensor chip design adopts the power of ultrasonic transmitting circuit,which can be adjusted according to the demand,so it can change the transmitting power and control the detection distance.At the same time,the amplification gain of the receiving circuit can be changed as needed,so that we can improve the detection of echo signal after attenuation.The design of the ultrasonic sensor chip has the following characteristics.First of all,different from the traditional bandgap voltage reference source circuit using the operational amplifier virtual short features,its performance index largely restricted to opamplifier Offset voltages voltage and operational power supply rejection ratio parameters.In this paper,a new type of circuit structure is used to connect the transistor base voltage directly to both ends of the resistor.The transistor as an amplifier to amplify the changing voltage.Therefore,it is convenient for the feedback regulation of LDO voltage stabilizing circuit,and finally realizes better temperature control.In addition,the internal power supply circuit added novel overcurrent protection circuit.It not only makes the whole LDO circuit produce stable internal supply power of chip,but also provides guarantee for overcurrent protection of power supply in the whole chip.In the receiving module,amplifying gain adjustable circuit is designed.Therefore,the circuit can adjust the amplification gain of the receiving circuit amplifier according to the transmitting power of ultrasonic wave and the detection distance,thus improving the ultrasonic receiving precision of the receiving circuit.At last,the transmitting circuit with adjustable transmitting power is designed.Current control module can adjust the size of the current according to factors such as detecting distance and propagation medium.So that,we can adjust the power of transmitting ultrasonic,and improve the detection range of ultrasonic transmitting circuit.
