This topic comes from a design project of a missile-embedded recorder.the missile-embedded recorder is a storage and test device used to record various signals on the missile during flight.In recent years,the solid state recorder has occupied most of the application fields of the recorder with its superior performance.In this paper,the practical design of the missile-embedded recorder is taken as the background.On the basis of practical experience,a solution is proposed to solve some problems existing in the solid-state recorder,such as small storage bandwidth,complex data export,long system start-up time,and easy loss of emergency power-off files.Aiming at the functional requirements and technical indicators of the project,a small recorder based on FPGA + ARM is designed,and eMMC is selected as storage medium.The system is based on the hardware platform of FPGA,which is mainly responsible for de-serializing LVDS signals and writing data into eMMC in FAT32 file format.With STM32F7,which is based on Cortex-M7 processing platform,the communication with FPGA is completed by SDIO interface,and the drive of eMMC is realized indirectly,and the reading of data is realized by USB interface.The system hardware design mainly includes power module,ARM processor module,FPGA hardware design module and USB interface module.The hardware circuit design of the system is based on the Cause software.The schematic diagram of the circuit is drawn on the OrCAD Capture,and the PCB layout and routing are carried out through the PCB Editor.This design mainly realizes the controller design of eMMC based on FPGA and the function of transplanting FAT32 file system in eMMC.The system software mainly includes LVDS receiving module design,eMMC controller design and FAT32 file system implementation.Through reasonable hardware and software design and testing,the final analysis of data can be concluded that the small recorder has the characteristics of fast start,data protection in emergency power failure,and easy export.
