Research On The Scene Propagation Anomie And Countermeasures Of "Vibrato" Social Short Video Platform

As a music social short video software owned by “vibrato”,by October 2018,the daily active users of BBB exceeded 200 million,and the monthly active users exceeded 400 million,and maintained a rapid growth,which has aroused great attention in the industry and academia.On the one hand,the rapid booming of chattering voice has rapidly activated the market potential of the short video industry;on the other hand,it also reflects the complex and diversified social mentality and the changes in the values of the new generation of Chinese social networks.Through scientific and technological big data analysis and intelligent distribution recommendation mechanism "to their liking",chattering creates different demands in different scenes,so that each user can "get what he needs".However,it is precisely because of this that chattering under the support of intelligent technology,scene propagation behavior has produced anomic phenomenon.The main performance is that it is bound by business logic,and some low-quality and vulgar content on the platform accumulates,resulting in excessive addiction of users and distortion of values.Due to the fuzzy system norms of chattering sound,the unity of governance means and the narrowness of artificial intelligence algorithm mechanism in the initial stage,it cannot fully fulfill the responsibilities of content review and control,public opinion guidance and values guidance.Due to the lack of strict system monitoring and benign development mechanism,users' media dependence gradually deepens and tends to become "container people".Under the guidance of "strengthening the construction of Internet content,establishing a comprehensive network governance system and creating a clear and bright network space" proposed by the 19 th CPC national congress,this paper proposes corresponding optimization strategies to address the phenomenon of disordered scene-based communication on the chattering short video platform.First,from the perspective of the platform,it should break the limitations of scene communication on the video platform,establish systematic supervision regulations,improve the reporting and complaint mechanism and the media management system within the platform,strictly control the content,and make up for the lack of development of the platform.Second,from the perspective of media,strengthen the media guiding force for users.Through the national government departments,network information office,copyright office and other relevant departments need to play a leading role,through the legal system and other rigid means to formulate the corresponding laws and regulations,establish the short video industry uniform norms and standards.Third,from the social perspective,to create and strengthen the public welfare ofchattering short video platform,promote the construction and development of mobile short video industry,establish industry consciousness,set a benchmark and model.On the basis of the above optimization,it is committed to providing theoretical reference and Suggestions for the development planning of short video industry formulated by Chinese government and media regulatory authorities in the era of intelligent media.
