With the continuous updating of industrial industry technology and the continuous development of the era of big data,energy supply plays a pivotal role in the current social environment.Large-scale energy development in Shandong Province has also come along with frequent incidents of hidden dangers.Therefore,the safety and stability of energy development has become one of the problems to be solved today.Considering the high cost of manual supervision,low utility,and high irresponsibility,and the leakage of data collection,today's widely distributed networks and developed software technologies provide new opportunities and challenges for the realization of energy group's active preventive safety management system.Energy Group's active prevention secunty management system uses Apache-Tomcat-7.0.63 as the application server;it uses IE9 browser;it uses B/S mode to design based on SSH framework;considering existing database,it chooses MySQL As the database of the energy group active preventive safety management system,this makes the system suitable for more test environments;the system is designed in Java language,using the Struts framework for process control,the Spring framework for business flow,and the Hibernate framework for database operations encapsulation.The realization of the energy group's active preventive security management system has gradually changed from manual supervision,that is,passive protection,to a new prevention mode of active prevention.The functions of the energy group's active preventive safety management system mainly include zero concept,No.1 project,double-base construction,three mechanisms,four major systems,five-self and risk pre-control management.Zero concept management includes accident management and three violation management.The No.1 project management includes a safe office meeting,a hidden self-reported monthly report,a leadership on-site shift,and four licenses and one license management.The main functions of the double-base construction management include document system management,unit monthly double-base assessment,responsibility-based double-base assessment,double-base assessment standard library management,and dual-basic basic data setup.The three mechanisms management includes security management and professional backbone management and accountability.The management of the four major systems mainly includes technology investment,staff training,emergency rescue,evaluation system and basic parameter setting.Five self-management mainly includes security plan management.Risk pre-control management mainly includes hidden danger investigation,unsafe behavior,mining layout parameters and management of hazard sources.The use of the system has greatly contributed to the work of Shandong Energy Group in energy development and safety management.First,the design and implementation of the system has improved the timeliness of the energy group in terms of safety management.Secondly,the existence of data in the system provides the relevant management department with information basis for security assessment and information review.
