Research On Building Fire Safety Management Based On BIM Technology

In the process of implementing and promoting the entire construction project,the management content involved is quite rich,among which fire safety management is a key point that cannot be ignored.The promotion of fire safety management activities should follow the basic scientific and technical aspects.principle,so as to achieve the expected good results.Fire safety management also plays a very important role during the operation of high-rise residential area.The emergence of high-rise residential area reduces the land occupancy rate and increases the fire hazard in residential area."Water and fire are ruthless",once a fire breaks out in a high-rise residential area,it will greatly increase the difficulty of firefighting tasks.It is not difficult to find out that how to do a good job of fire safety management during the operation of high-rise residential area is of great significance to ensuring the safety and stability of society and people’s lives and properties.Based on this,by introducing the characteristics and content of BIM technology,combined with the current situation of fire safety management in high-rise residential area,the feasibility and advantages of applying BIM technology to fire safety management in high-rise residential area are analyzed.Through the qualitative analysis of the fire situation in high-rise residential communities and the current situation of fire safety management in high-rise residential communities in recent years,combing and qualitative analysis are carried out from the two aspects of property(street community)and relevant government departments and fire rescue agencies,the problems existing in the fire safety management of high-rise residential communities are comprehensively analyzed.The operation and maintenance of fire fighting facilities and equipment and the formulation of fire extinguishing emergency plans for high-rise residential areas are analyzed for the fire safety management of high-rise residential communities,How to use BIM technology to improve the management of these two modules has application value for improving the fire safety management of high-rise residential areas,Therefore,two modules,namely the high-rise residential fire fighting emergency evacuation plan module based on BIM technology and the operation and maintenance module of high-rise residential fire fighting facilities and equipment based on BIM technology,are proposed,which provide a theoretical basis for improving the fire safety management of high-rise residential communities.Through the application of examples,the high-rise residential community with BIM technology for fire safety management is compared with the high-rise residential community with fire safety management under the traditional mode,It is concluded that the application of BIM technology to fire safety management during the operation period of high-rise residential communities can effectively improve the efficiency of fire management in high-rise residential areas,and is of great significance to reducing the fire hazard of high-rise residential communities;At the same time,it puts forward feasible suggestions for the fire safety information management of high-rise residential areas,which is of practical significance for continuously improving the safety operation and management ability of the overall fire protection system of new high-rise residential buildings and preventing and reducing the occurrence of fires.Figure 15;Table 3;Reference 51...
