With visual culture as the center of mass media culture, the bias to the perceptual shape of the mirror age changed people’s way of thinking to receiving information. The new media environment which signed with the network and mobile client, mobile phone, gives full play to the interactive features. As the medium of this kind of application’s main group, youth group who mixed all kinds of subculture element symbols. In the form of a small tribe, they profoundly affected the network new media platforms and inclusion degree of the scale of the entertainment content production.Environment of the media in which the sound and image occupy the dominant position, a great number of entertainments which focuses on the language expression and speech appears, the communication of "speech" has become the focus of the production of the present program’s content. The "Qipa talkshow" was produced by the IQIYI, which emphasized on the content status of "saying", the characteristic in program planning and production of language Carnival performance is more outstanding.The introduction discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this study.
