With the rising of new media and the deviation of the consumer market,traditional media bring crisis communication into the new media environment of media convergence at the same time.During the past disasters,the traditional media's reporting semantic form was serious and rigorous.Different from the discourse forms of paper media,television and radio,the new media environment is mixed with the voices of"opinion leaders" of the network,public figures,and even ordinary people,which is almost multifarious.At background of media convergence,Information of website has already affected printed newspaper,which has higher standards and requirements.During the landing of typhoon"mangosteen",netizens used funny and humorous words make typhoon"mangosteen"become the first"web star"emerge as a meteorological disaster.Its discourse expression showed diversification,including the discourse form of traditional media"sitting in danger"and the semantic expression of UGC humorous and funny,thus forming a sense of contrast in the dissemination content of typhoon"mangosteen".?Therefore,this paper puts forward three questions:1.How does the relationship between folk discourse and traditional media discourse in the new media environment weaken the dominant position of traditional media;2.How does the convergence of multi-discourse"define"typhoon"Shanzhu" in such discourse space;3.Whether the impact of online comic passages will reduce the public's impact on Taiwan in view of disaster information entertainment?Wind risk prevention and awareness.This paper takes the text of typhoon"Mangosteen"on Sina Weibo platform as a sample,uses the method of qualitative and quantitative research,obtains more than 70,000 data through the crawler technology,screens out the popular microblogs from the data,regards the microblog number of traditional media as official microblog,and obtains four kinds of data of official microblog,microblog big V,foreign media and personal microblog,and advances the data.Cross-sectional statistics and analysis are conducted to test the data from two aspects of reliability and validity.Combining with 91 questionnaires:from disaster-stricken areas and other areas,this paper analyses and describes how typhoons are presented and defined between media discourse and folk discourse in the new media environment,and responds to research questions.In the new media environment,the official micro-blog still occupies the dominant position,accounting for 65.3%;secondly,micro-blog accounts for 33.9%;foreign media and individual discourse accounts for very little,respectively,0.45%and 0.25%.In addition,from the presentation of micro-blog,the traditional media has changed the reporting mode of disaster situation for a long time.Some texts tend to change their emotional expression from serious to humorous in terms of semantics,showing a trend of"news entertainment".Four types of micro-blog content are intermingled,including official micro-forwarding or using funny text,micro-blog big V or even personal micro-blog as meteorological science popularization.Among them,21.6%are humorous and funny micro-blogs,19.8%are humorous and funny micro-blogs in official micro-blogs,and 25.2%are big V micro-blogs.At the same time,through questionnaires,the author found that although the popular acceptance of funny texts in micro-blog is high,more than 54.95%of people think that funny texts will not reduce the public's awareness of typhoon risk,and 61.54%of people think that typhoon"mangosteen"is still terrible.It can be seen that even in the field of new media,the traditional media still occupies the dominant position when major news happens.The semantic expression combines the characteristics of new media's semantic friendliness and humor,which makes the reports of typhoon"Mangosteen"more diversified and thus gains better acceptance from the audience.
