At present,China's major medical institutions have long been lack of standardized and transparent procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.And because of the late start of information technology in China,there is no relatively mature clinical research and analysis platform for various major medical institutions.Because of the relative independence between the various medical institutions,the data are difficult to share and integrate,so it is difficult to collect and analyze the data of the diagnosis and treatment of the typical diseases.Therefore,it has caused the serious backwardness of the clinical scientific research level in our country,and caused the serious waste of the clinical data sources,and a large extent is limited.The development of clinical diagnosis and treatment has led to the increasing cost of clinical research in China,but the efficiency of clinical research is relatively low.The data of clinical medical scientific research include data of electronic medical records,medical image data,clinical test data,clinical doctor's orders and other different types of data.All the major medical institutions in our country have stored these relatively independent data in different medical systems.These data are mostly unstructured data,because of this kind of data.The traditional data analysis and processing methods can not meet the actual needs of clinical scientific research data analysis with the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous and multi-mode high dimension,and the archiving and storage of this kind of data is very difficult.Therefore,how to effectively store,manage and analyze these unstructured data is an important topic for major medical institutions to solve.In this paper,the research background and significance of the clinical information research and analysis platform are discussed in detail,and the main problems of the clinical research and analysis platform at home and abroad are studied,and the research content of this system is put forward.Secondly,this paper implements the image annotation algorithm for clinical image data,which can accurately judge the size and type of the user annotation of the system,so as to assist the system users to better judge the image focus.And this paper designs and implements the corresponding image annotation function class,which can better test the distance,angle,area and other areas of clinical image data,and the test results show that the test results are accurate.Then,this paper uses the WEB visualization technology to realize the function of the front page function of the patient,the function of admission,the function of the laboratory report,the function of the record of the operation,the diagnosis report and so on.And the full process of visiting the patient's medical records is realized with the time of medical treatment as the main line.Fourth,this paper carries out basic statistics on patients' age,area,sex and so on through graphic visualization,and makes advanced statistics on complications,pathology and TNM,so as to provide corresponding macro data for medical institutions and health institutions in China,and help medicine to understand the disease through graphic visualization technology.Analysis of relevant data.Finally,after the design and implementation of the clinical information research and analysis platform,this paper tests the function and response time of the system by the function test and performance test of the system,and optimizes the system according to the problems of the test,so as to meet the expected goal of the system construction.
