| Hospital information includes electronic medical records,medical knowledge base,nursing system,outpatient service system,digital medical image,logistics management system and so on.The efficiency of medical personnel is improved through the informationization,so that more time to put into the work of health care.In addition,the digital data enhance the statistical science,so as to provide a foundation which is more solid for medical research work.Informationization is not only convenient for doctors and nurses,but also to facilitate the patient's treatment,optimize the treatment process and enhance the patient's comfort and convenience of medical experience.I am working in the Fifth People's Hospital Information section,mainly engaged in system maintenance and software development.The goal of this design is to develop a set of electronic medical records system for hospital staff.This article contains:The investigation of the clinical departments,get the functions and work flow used by medical staff.Design the nonfunctional requirement.According to the requirements of the system,design the function of each module.Consider the security while in hardware designing.Develop the main function and the sub function section with the C# such as the patient info,orders,medical record.Create the database after designing the database table.This system is been adopted three layers of B/S structure..Net Framework.Microsoft SQL Server is used to build the relational database.In the function presenting,every module is presented,including the work flow and the code.The data can be loaded and wrote accurately in the test running.The goal of the design is to develop a system that is stable,scalable,and able to meet the hospital's electronic medical record system.The design focuses on the structure of the electronic medical record data storage,instead of the previous fragmented file storage.The advantage of this design is that it is possible to search for data. |
