Design Of Clinical Pathway System

Clinical pathway (referred to as CP)is a standard medical plan which standardizes and detailed analysis the conventional treatment of special diseases in order to standardize treatment program in the unit of hospital days.On the one hand,Clinical pathway can shorten the average days in hospital,regulate the treatment behavior,on the other hand,it can improve the quality of clinical pathways management and upgrade the competitiveness of hospital.However,the manual clinical pathway is too complicated to be executed.lt is hard to integrate with hospital information system and need special software and hardware environment,so design a clinical pathway system is necessary.Clinical pathways system is designed in order to improve the doctor’s work efficiency and overcome the shortcomings of manual pathway,it is the outcome of the combination of the computer and clinic.In this thesis,we research and analysis the specific hardware and software environment of our hospital,work out a feasible solution.The clinical pathway system which based on clinical pathway diseases table uses Domain Driven Model architecture,makes functions like the clinical pathway data management,Clinical pathway application execution,Clinical pathway tracking statistical analysis come true,and uses ORM technology to make secondary development on EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system,in order to combine with HIS(Hospital Information System) and EMR system greatly,so the doctors can use two systems easily at the same time.Up to now,the system has been put into use in some departments of hospitals and runs well.in a word,it is not only meet the needs of policy of administration,but also regulate the treatment behavior and upgrade the medical quality.
