Design And Implementation Of Petrochemical Enterprise Electronic Document Circulation System

In recent years,with the development of computer technology and the widely applications of internet technology,office automation with the help of workflow automation is widely used based on networking.At present,the workflow technology plays an important role in the field of computer application.The research of workflow technology and related products becomes more prosperous all over the world.The workflow technology becomes more perfect with the new technology which comes in the products by suppliers.Academia and business pay more attention on the research of workflow technology which plays an important role in supporting reshuffle of the enterprises and management automation.As an important part of China Petroleum office automation system,electronic document system of petrochemical enterprises is used to formulate simple circulation processes and complex processes of various types of documents in accordance with the actual situation of document management of petrochemical enterprises.By posting process,counter-signature process and receipt process,various types of documents can be made available to circulate in all government offices and workshops;In addition,strictness of the official documents can be guaranteed by applying limitations on the role and permission of parties concerned,with the full realization of online circulation of various types of documents,and great improvement in work efficiency and issuance speed of documents.However,document circulation process of electronic document system is widely varied even for the same category of documents due to the difference in units and departments.Each time the circulation process changes,configuration files compiled in XML language have to be modified,requiring that administrators must have some XML language basics and web design experience.As the result,there are some difficulties in making the transition from the business needs to business process,increasing the difficulty and cycle length of process modification.These business process configuration methods are limited to the lower levels,unduly dependent on the specific implementation technology,and fail to achieve the separation between business process description and IT implementations.Therefore,we independently design and develop the electronic document circulation system for petrochemical enterprise.The process definition,document processing and circularizing,role definition and other functions,all presented in forms to the users which can be chose by business personnel,is the obvious characteristic of this system.Business personnel can operate these forms without IT(Information Technology)artisans no matter floe changing or personnel obligation adjusting.The system meets the anticipated effect not only in generality but also in expandability and maintainability.This thesis realizes the development of electronic document circulation system for petrochemical enterprise with the knowledge of workflow technology,applying MS SQL Server database,ASP.NET C#,and XML.The system is developed for the Electronic Document System of Fushun Petrochemical Company which is one of the chemical companies in China.First of all,the background and significance of this topic is introduced with the relevant knowledge and general design.Afterwards,the realization of electronic document circulation system for petrochemical enterprise with including the design thought,the stored procedure applications and the core code explanation are discussed in detail.
