The rapid development of computer technology and information technology has had a great impact on all aspects of enterprise management,and the information management method has become one of the main development directions of modern enterprise management.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises and the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy,enterprises have gradually realized the role of human resource management in enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise market.Under such a background,enterprise human resources management informationization has become a corporate One of the focus issues of concern,how to use advanced information systems to manage enterprise human resource management has become one of the major problems facing enterprises.In the design and development of human resource management information system,this paper selects a retail enterprise as a case to design and develop its human resource management information system.Combined with the field research and investigation of a retail enterprise,the basic work process was determined,and the main purpose of the design and development of the human resource management information system of a retail enterprise was clarified.In the development and design of this system,the B/S architecture mainly used in system development is adopted,and the design and implementation of the human and resource information system of a retail enterprise are realized by using web technology and database technology.The system combines the actual situation of a retail enterprise,and divides the human resource management information system into modules of personnel management,personnel attendance management,training management,service management,performance management,recruitment management,system maintenance,etc.,for the actual situation of a retail enterprise,Divide each different module into different sub-modules,and realize the purpose of human resource management of a retail enterprise in all aspects.After completing the design and development of the system,the system testing technology and method were used to test the human resource management information system of a retail enterprise.Through system testing,the system has achieved the purpose of system design and development,and can comprehensively improve a certain retail.The degree of informationization of enterprise human resource management enhances the efficiency of enterprise human resource management.
