The Operation And Management Study Of The Shaanxi Entertainment And Film Television Channel

Author of this paper will take the Shaanxi Entertainment and Film Television Channel as the study target and use the SWOT analysis and put it into the background of the different channels of film and television series in China to summarize the losses and gains of the Shaanxi Entertainment and Film Television Channel in the aspects of operation and management. Therefore, this paper will propose certain feasible solution to its problems in its operation and management.This paper will illustrate them in three chapters:Chapter one will consist of the review and the literature of the historical development of the Shaanxi Entertainment and Film Television Channel as well as the outline of the summary of the development of this channel. In Chapter two the author will regard the analysis of the current situation both in the operation and management as its main task and will take the analysis of the current strong points and the weak points in the operation and management as a key point. By using the SWOT analysis and comparing with the peer channels or the similar channels, the author will find out the problems. In chapter three the author will propose the feasible solution according to the analysis in the chapter two.The uniqueness of this paper lies in the originality. Nowadays, it is very rare for scholars to work on the study of the Shaanxi Entertainment and Film Television Channel commercially and academically. From the aspect of the current works, they usually focus on the advantage and disadvantage of the channel itself or show the fire stage of their thoughts on the editing and broadcast the programming and marketing. Their works lack of the systematical and reasonable argumentation and illustration. What is worse, they are short of the study on the analysis from the aspects the operation and management of Shaanxi Entertainment and Film Television Channel. Thus, this paper just takes it as a good chance to propose the feasible solution by summarizing the operation and management of Shaanxi Entertainment and Film Television Channel systematically for the first time. Meanwhile this paper also compares and analyses the similar channel and the similar programme.
