In the era of information digitization,the traditional newspaper-media must conform to the development trend and combine the current Internet media digital technology to make a reasonable transformation,in order to adapt to the law of market development.Provincial Party Newspaper Group can occupy the highland in the future public opinion guidance pattern and form a higher brand influence only by deeply integrating the advantages of traditional media and new media technology.The author went deep into the New Media Center of the Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group to conduct an internship to study the digital operation process of the Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group under the background of media integration and the achievements and difficulties encountered by the Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group during the transformation process.On this basis,it rethinks the road of digital newspaper media operation,and proposes a path and experience strategy for digital survival of national newspapers.Firstly,it discusses the decline of the newspaper media and the inevitability of digitalization.It mainly introduces the digital wave caused by the media technology to sweep through the traditional newspaper industry,and analyzes the institutional lag of domestic newspapers and periodicals has aggravated the impact of the decline of paper media.On this basis,the status quo of the development of paper media in Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group is expounded.It traversed the digital operation process of Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group,analyzed and summarized the four stages of digital transformation of Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group,and elaborated on the overall characteristics of digital operation.The specific results of the digital operation of Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group in recent years are sorted out and summarized,and the dilemmas encountered in digital operation are analyzed and discussed,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Analyze and summarize the successful elements of the digital transformation of Newspaper Group,reflect on and re-explore the digital media operation,and look forward to the future vision of the newspaper group.Through the above research,it provides a useful reference for the digitalized operation of newspaper-media in China.
