The Design And Realization Of Heilongjiang Traffic Informatization Management System

In 2001, our country had suggested for the tenth "Five Year Plan" that we have to place the priority on promoting the national economy and social informatization as well as put them forward vigorously. It is just the the developed strategy which carry through by our Central Party to' bring along the industrialization with informatization. Under this guiding ideology,the informatization of government, city, education, labor & social security and enterprise were all achieved complete success to attract worldwide attention in our country.With society's development and progress, Informatization construction developed quickly in our country. Informatization is not a project or an application system anymore. It is the base and the important part of the national economy.Through advanced communication the office system technological to set a high-efficient and intelligent means,It is an important task for the informatization management to manage the informatization construction. The informatization management is not only raise office efficiency ,lighten staff member'burden of working, economize business funds,but also become the fundamental guarantee for informatization construction's survival and development. The integrating information resources and strengthen business administration have already become the key of high-speed development for informatization construction.This paper introduces features , system structure and the function modules of the management system in traffic informatization construction, and realizes the automation of information-based management.The Management System of Heilongjiang Traffic Informatization adopts B/Sstructure, and uses Powerbuilder8.0 to develop the data base administration system, which makes the administrator easily to finish the operations such as inquiring, adding, deleting, fixing, typing and gathering. We adopt ASP technology for the clients' submission, by which clients can submit the data in the form of webpage. They can access the server to carry on some operation like accessing or inquiring through Heilongjiang Province Traffic Special Network without installing any other software. This system uses the modern information technology to process all the province's traffic information, strengthens the management of the traffic informationization, makes the construction of the traffic information networks more standardized and rationalized, and lays a firm foundation for the future information construction of whole province traffic system.
