At present,the power company has accumulated a large amount of measurement project resources,and has the basis for developing big data applications.However,traditional management methods and technical methods cannot adapt to the development of informatization work,and face serious challenges such as disordered management,messy data with low utilization rate,lack of effective supervision and analysis,and inability to accurately quantify of merering projects.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the management workflow of metering projects,and carry out research on big data application,and effectively improve the management level of metering projects of power companies.This paper first analyzes the research background,existing problems,key technology and main contents of the whole process management system of metering projects based on big data.Based on use case diagram of UML,it analyzes the requirements of the following modules,pre-ananlysis and management of metering projects,database management of metering projects,implementation process management of metering projects,completion inspection management of metering projects,evaluation and analysis of metering projects.It designs each module in detail based on the class diagram,and designs the typical event flow and method based on the sequence diagram.The database and data information table of the system are designed in detail.Then,in the process of the system implementation,the whole process management model of metering projects is constructed based on workflow technology,control warning module and multi-dimension evaluation module are constructed and analyzed based on big data calculation and analysis framework.Based on the above research,the system is developed and implemented,and the implementation effects of each functional module,especially the typical application,are analyzed.And the system is tested and analyzed.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the work of this paper,and looks forward to the next research of the system.The whole process management system of metering projects constructed in this paper establishes the closed-loop monitoring and management mode of the complete"life cycle" based on the workflow technology,which changes the current confusion of the metering projects management,and realizes the process and standardization of the management work,and improves work efficiency.Based on big data technology,the big data calculation and analysis framework of metering project is established,and massive data is extracted and calculated.By constructing the monitoring and warning model of the metering project,the whole process control of the projects is realized,and the project anomalies can be early warning and adjusted,which improves the forward-looking of the management of metering projects.By constructing a comprehensive analysis model,the problems of lack of scientific basis and the inability to accurately quantify the assessment have been changed,which romote the continuous improvement of the quality of the project and the management service level of construction units.
