A Research On N Software Company Network Management Monitor Project Schedule Planning And Control

Project management theory provides theoretical guidance for the software development project management, which is the theoretical basis of the software development project management. Project management facilitates the software development project to be more planning, which is convenient for monitoring, control, and management. As a result, the project management plays an important role in shortening project period, reducing project cost, and improving project quality. Project schedule and control is the important core theory of project management, which directly determines whether the whole project will be successful. Therefore, the practical integration of the theory into network management monitoring project is very important for the successful implementation and completion of the project.Taking the network management monitor project in N Software Company as the example, on the theoretical basis of project management knowledge, the project management theory is combined in the project to study the application and operation of project management theory in the software project. Especially, the project schedule plan and control theory, the core content in project management, is the focus of the research in this paper. With the application of project schedule is compared with project plan comprehensively to analyze the problem in the project implementation process, propose reasonable solution, and guarantee the successful completion of the project in line with the plan.This paper describes how to apply the project management theory is applied to the software production process. Mainly including schedule, progress tracking and control of three applications. Through the schedule planning, tracking, coordinate the schedule of implementation, control the project progress, ensure the smooth progress of the project. In developing the project plan is required prior to the project research, hardware design, software design, software development, testing, acceptance of the project of the six steps of rational classification and management.Project management knowledge is used (knowledge and technical means including WBS, distribution list of responsibilities, critical path method, and earned value analytical method) to monitor and manage various task nodes and links in the project, resulting in more accurate formulation of project schedule and more scientific and reasonable project process control. Therefore, the network management monitoring project will be completed successfully.
