In order to meet the market demand for chip localization,a number of chip manufacturers have emerged in China since 2014.Semiconductor chips have long been a short board in China's manufacturing industry.Data show that China's high-end chips in the field of design and manufacturing with foreign companies gap between 5 and 10 years.The "Made in China 2025" plan proposed in 2015 clearly puts the chip industry at the top of the new generation of information technology development.In the face of strict technical blockade,the domestic semiconductor industry has made breakthroughs in a few areas,such as design and materials.However,the main domestic products are not willing to be purchased.Many factors,including quality,restrict the development of the industry.Improving the quality management level and improving product quality is the only way for the development of China's chip industry.First of all,this paper introduces Huaxin Semiconductor Company.Through explaining the current quality management situation and analyzing the existing problems in quality management,the paper formulates an improved overall scheme.After a period of operation and continuous optimization,it has four aspects:production operation,engineering operation,R&D work and quality process management.Effective improvements were made in the operation process.On the production level,the automatic production mode which meets the requirements of the quality system is established;on the engineering level,the process training and quality control system construction are strengthened;on the research and development work,the professional auxiliary development tools are allocated;on the equipment maintenance level,the quality management of the equipment maintenance manufacturer is strengthened and the equipment maintenance is allocated.Management system.The company establishes a highly efficient and pleasantworking atmosphere and forms a culture of full participation in quality activities;guarantees the quality and quality of personnel through recruitment and training in-service education and other forms;improves the quality system to ensure the effective operation of the quality system;and helps the company through the technical committee and Lean organization in quality management and control.To achieve total quality management and total production maintenance.Huaxin regards all of its resources as an information processing system whose quality and efficiency are the core of its operations.Improve profitability with excellent operation to ensure system input and optimize the resources needed.Depending on digital assets as core assets,the new composite data supports new perspectives in management.Huaxin takes zero defect as the quality target,improves the quality from the angle of improving the advanced productivity,and achieves the unification of high efficiency,high quality and low cost.This paper gives a general description of the quality management theory applied in semiconductor manufacturing industry.Through analyzing the quality management problems and identifying the reasons of Huaxin Semiconductor Company,it puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and safeguards.
