With the advent of the era of Internet of things,radio frequency identification technology has been more widely used,but it takes some secure issues,such as personal privacy disclosure,military confidential disclosure and important information misrepresent.Such security issues can ‘t be ignored.This paper analyses security issues in RFID technology firstly,and discusses the corresponding strategies for these security problems,focus on security protocols in security policy,in contrast to the RFID international standard and national military standard,this paper analyses security authentication protocol and secure communication protocol.It analyses security guarantee mechanism in national military standard through execution of protocol commands.In order to select the appropriate encryption algorithm,several typical lightweight encryption algorithms are introduced in detail.Start from operating principle,inner structure and safety,focus on the analysis of the Grain-v1 algorithm,use advanced hardware language Verilog HDL to achieve Grain-v1 algorithm.According to the result of the simulation and logic synthesis,verifies the algorithm from cycle,area and throughput rates.In this paper,the key technologies of secure digital baseband are discussed,included module partition,inner structure,work flow,design ideas,functional verification.After the completion of the digital baseband code compilation and logic synthesis,Prototype verification based on FPGA platform,validation results show that the design of the secure digital baseband can meet the requirements.On this basis,do physical design,compare digital baseband layout with security module and digital baseband layout without security module,find out that safe module area accounted for 31.8%,the work of this paper is compared with the same kind of work,from RFID standard,encryption algorithm,area and security module ratio of analysis,the work of this paper has more advantages.
