Because of the advantages of high recognition rate,quick response,convenient operation and far distance,passive UHF RFID technology has been paid attention to by various related companies in various countries.With the continuous development of the Internet of things,the growing maturity of the Internet of things technology,the market for intelligent instruments,wearable equipment and unmanned and other fields of demand is growing.As an important foundation of the Internet of things,the demand for sensors has increased dramatically.The essence of the Internet of things is to link all objects together,so it is very necessary for the flexible use of sensors.Sensors can convert the various information needed by the Internet of things,such as temperature,humidity,sound,pressure,and acceleration,into specific electrical signals,and provide the basis for the "interconnection of all things".People are paying more and more attention to the combination of the two.There are two existing RFID sensor tags.One is to combine sensors with A/D converters and integrate them into the chip;the other is to integrate the sensors into the antenna.As one of the most important environmental parameters,integrating temperature sensor circuits into tag chips is a major trend.Based on the independent standard,this paper focuses on the analysis of the protocol specification for wireless sensor communication.It is compatible with the national autonomous RFID air interface standard,and completes the modular design of the digital baseband.By using NC-Verilog software simulation,the timing and logic of baseband fully meet the protocol requirements.In the baseband design process,the system can return data in accordance with the protocol requirements and return to the link clock frequency in the case of system clock fluctuation.Besides,in the DC synthesis,the power consumption has been processed in some code level,and the clock tree has been optimized.The whole design uses Synopsys' s Design Compiler for logical synthesis,and uses Cadence's Encounter for physical design,and completes the design from RTL code to GDSII and the design is used in low power technology SMIC 0.18mm.Finally,by building Pearce oscillator circuit,we complete the acquisition of external sensing information.The wireless sensor tags designed and implemented in this paper are tested,including FPGA board level verification,Pearce circuit debugging,power optimization and chip level test system construction.Finally,the wireless communication of the temperature information is completed.
