[1] Therefore,most cultures show their charm through regional culture,the blended and mixed cultures then shape the existence of human culture spirit.There are many kinds of ways of culture communication,and museums carry out cultural communication is also an important one.Museums play the role of both media and material basis in the process of spreading culture.In the other words,the "thing" in the museum is the "symbol" on the way of cultural communication.From the origin and development of museums,except for private collections and undiscovered,most of the cultural and life relics of human society created and used in different historical periods,different regions and customs and habits are preserved in all kinds of museums.On the basis of collection and preservation,museums provide cultural and communication primordial forms and basis for people and researchers in a variety of ways to display.Under the guidance of the " The Belt and Road" national strategy,Xuzhou,as an important node city on the starting point of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge,possesses important regional advantages and radiation leadership.Xuzhou is the birthplace of Han culture.The Han culture infiltrating the regional characteristics of Xuzhou has long been an important part of Chinese culture.Since the Han Dynasty,Xuzhou has been playing an important role in spreading Chinese civilization to all parts of China and the world.Xuzhou Museum not only witnessed the historical development of Xuzhou in various periods,but also has a dazzling cultural relics of the Han Dynasty.But in 21 st Century,due to the progress of society and the improvement of people's spiritual needs.So,the research and innovation of the concept and technology of the mode of communication of museums is the focus of the work of contemporary museum construction.This article is combines the application of culture,cultural communication,museology,and visual image design system,pedagogy,psychology and so on.This way,we can draw lessons from the excellent cultural transmission ways of historical museums at home and abroad,then do some research and analysis through the interviews with museum staff,questionnaires to audiences.The analysis of Xuzhou Museum will be carried out from the concept,brand,operation to management and so on.The aim is to promote the image of Han Culture by transforming the venues and updated exhibition forms,combined which both real collection and virtual scene.Eventually,the museum will be citizens' spot to appreciate Han Culture.In conclusion,through the development and reform of Xuzhou Museum,we can summarize effective experience and provide some reference experience for other local museums in management and operation,form design and so on.
