Along with the improvement of manufacturing industry in our country,environmental parameter(temperature and humidity)automatic monitoring in the electronic components production lines was required from the mainstream.The software design of the temperature and humidity wireless monitoring system was studied in this thesis.To meet the requirements of low cost,easy for installing,far transmit distance and a large capacity of access data,Zigbee and 4G were adopted in the designing in this wireless monitoring system.The underlying nodes in the wireless monitoring system communicate with each other wirelessly via Zigbee and then the data is transmitted to the relaying nodes.During the accepting of data from the underlying node,the relaying nodes transmit data to the monitoring center via 4G.The underlying and the relaying nodes in this system were embedded module.When the applications were written to hardware circuit,the expectation function can be completed.The soft design of underlying nodes faced application,including data reading,data processing and transmition.And necessary preset should be completed at deployment time.The relaying nodes were divided in two parts.The first part was relaying receiving software which can receive and verify the Zigbee network data and then transmit this data to serial port.Another part was the relaying sending module which send out the data without processing from the serial port via 4G.The relaying sending module in this thesis was composed by the commercial serial port-4G transparent transmission module.The monitoring center should receive large volumes of data from underlying nodes and it was stored in a database,as well as show and inquire real-time data.Then the design of database and server software should be considered in design of monitoring center.The functional and application testing of this prototyping system was completed and the results shown that this system can meet application demand.This wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system has the characteristic of huge network capacity,low cost,using simple,far transmit distance and etc.It can be used in environmental parameter automatic monitoring in the electronic components production lines and other similar fields.
