Any object radiates infrared energy and releases energy.Infrared thermal imager is a kind of instrument which uses infrared radiation energy to acquire and process infrared image through a series of signal processing circuits.The infrared temperature measurement is one of the hot application of the infrared thermal imager.This paper studies the design of PC software,the PC through the USB-UART interface,realize serial communication,image processing and real-time display,temperature calibration and temperature analysis module based on Visual Studio platform.In the serial communication module,the MSComm control is adopted,and multithreading and thread synchronization method are added to the data processing thread to realize the complete data reception.In real life,human body's infrared radiation energy is so low that its thermal infrared images are low resolution,low contrast,noise,which are not conducive to the human eye observation.In view of the above characteristics,the image processing module with image enhancement,pseudo color transformation,histogram image preprocessing algorithm,improve the image observability,and through the BMP bitmap display.In the temperature analysis module,the blackbody calibration is carried out again for the infrared thermal imager.By using the calibration data,the gray model of temperature is obtained by linear fitting,and the temperature analysis of the real time image is carried out.
