| The infrared thermal imaging technology is widely used in military and civil fields,its core component is the infrared focal plane,the material and production technology cannot achieve zero error,and have the blind pixels because of some detection elements which have too high or low response rate.Therefore,the IRFPA must remove blind pixels and adjust the internal parameters after manufacture.The traditional method of removing blind pixels: adopt the command-line mode on Linux system,had the inefficiency and inconvenient problems,cannot adapt to the actual work needs.To solve the above problems,this thesis designed a set of platform to match the infrared imaging system,improved the efficiency.The platform has added the infrared video network transmission module on the basis of removing the blind pixels,extended the using situations further,and solved the in-situ monitoring of dangerous situations,such as monitoring power equipments.The platform consists of two parts: hardware and software: the uncooled infrared detector as the core device in hardware,and the software consists of two parts: the infrared debugging and the infrared video network transmission module.This thesis mainly completes the following works:1.The hardware circuit use the PICO384 infrared detector,with AD/DA,FPGA and communication interface modules,and image by transforming the collected infrared radiation into an electrical signal.2.The infrared debugging module communicates with the infrared detector used by RS232 protocol,realized the functions of adjusting infrared parameter,removing blind pixels,calculating temperature drift coefficient,processing infrared image and so on,and supports the personalized and intelligent temperature analysis of infrared image,including image smoothing,pseudo-color,binarization algorithms.3.The infrared video network transmission module transmits infrared video through network to remote PC terminal and real-time display used by TCP protocol,supports the functions of screenshot,videotape,query log and so on,then introduced the edge detection algorithm and improved to identify target objects more clearly.Finally,it tests the operating condition of infrared imaging system platform,all functions metthe design requirements,shows the validity and feasibility of the whole system platform,can adjust internal parameters and remove blind pixels simplely,solved the problems in the traditional scheme,achieved the function of transmitting infrared video,solved the safety problems when operators work in the field,has the advantage of the platform more perfect and more convenient compared with general platform. |
