Design And Implementation Of Scheduling System Of Enterprise Production Line Based On APS

Now domestic processing industries are forced by immense shock and challenge to adopt advanced thoughts and excellent management that can enhance their competitiveness. APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling), a new optimization technique based on multi-restrictions, can properly conduct long-run or short-run planning and scheduling for the production of an enterprise, improving its management level, and has become a develop target of most modern manufacturing enterprises.The paper explores an APS-based production scheduling sysem oriented to some domestic pen-making company. First, demand analysis of the APS system of the business case is presented in the paper, including its PPM(Production Process Model) and its scheduling operation. Second, the key models of APS system of the business case is schemed out. Genetic algorithm is used to overcome the difficult multi-restrictions problem based on the production characteristic of the business case, optimizing the time-span difference sorting, and it is proved reasonable. Finally, the APS system based on planning and scheduling characteristic of the business case is designed and implanted, its Overall Framework、core data flow and function models is designed and analysised, database design and real-time control models and function models is achieved.The APS-based scheduling system has been put in practice, its available, accuracy and stability has been proved.The production feature and production scheduling methods of the business case in the stuy are different from the previous. Therefore, the designed and implemented APS-system here can give better conduction similar business case.
