The differences of the beer enterprises’products in texture is smaller as the technology level in our country develops constantly. In the21st century, more and more enterprises will pay attention to the promotion of enterprise’s technology and economic. The manufacture of beer enterprise depends on the sales order, and beer enterprises’ production orders have the characteristics of the small batch and variety. Beer enterprise packaging equipment’s production capacity will change because of the production of different varieties, so the production cost and energy consumption of the beer produced on the same equipment are different since the type are different. The two methods for beer companies to raise their competitiveness is to reduce production costs and improve customers’satisfaction. The research of this paper is focused on the optimization of the packaging of beer enterprise production scheduling. By using modern scientific algorithm, we optimized the packaging production scheduling plan, thereby reduced beer enterprise production cost, and improved the comprehensive competitiveness of beer enterprises.This paper studied the state of development of production scheduling at home and abroad. Combined with the concept of production scheduling, classification, theoretical basis, beer enterprise’s production technological process and the content of beer enterprise, the paper analysed the problems which existed in the beer production scheduling. Constrains and objective functions for optimizing production scheduling were list through analysising production scheduling optimization. Thus production scheduling model was established. For achieving the goal of beer enterprise production scheduling optimization, the theory of genetic algorithm was used in scientific computing of beer production scheduling model. To test the validity of the model and genetic algorithm for the optimization, matlab was used in this paper to design the enterprise production scheduling by taking Anheuser-busch Inbev Harbin brewery Songjiang factory as an example combined with the model built in this paper above. At last we studied the method of the production scheduling used now and the optimized production scheduling. The research results showed that the optimization design reduced the beer enterprise production cost6.7%.The result of complete cost from2tol. It was of great value. We can use it as the guidance to design beer enterprise’s production scheduling optimization.
