Design And Implementation Of A Data Analysis System For A Mobile Application

With the explosive growth of the mobile Internet in recent years,the large amount of data generated by the mobile APPs has grown rapidly.At the same time,with the fierce competition in the mobile Internet area,different kinds of Internet products appear everyday.For the entrepreneurs in mobile Internet,how to make full use of the large amount of data generated by APPs,how to extract the valuable data from the chaotic data,and how to analyze business trends and help with critical decisions based on the data analysis results,has become the urgent needs of the present.Data analysis of mobile Internet has always been the core competitiveness of most Internet companies.This paper designs and implements a data analysis system for mobile Internet,which provides a complete set of technical solutions for enterprise data analysis.In this paper,the key technologies and frameworks-spark data analysis engine,Django framework,Vue framework and data visualization front end component Echart are briefly introduced in the beginning.And then the requirements analysis and architecture design of the analysis system are analyzed.The system is decomposed into several key modules: data collection,data processing,data interface and data visualization.The data collection module collects data logs from the APP and the application server.The data processing module uses spark for off-line analysis and focuses on the counting events and calculation time analysis algorithms in the APP data analysis.The data interface module provides the interface for the analysis result query for the visual front end,and the data visualization module uses Echart to render the data into a user-friendly line graph and so on.After that,the design of database tables is expatiated,the concrete realization and key flow chart along with its function of each module are given.Finally,the system is tested.The data analysis system for mobile Internet in this paper is a platform for data collection,data analysis and visualization of the data generated by mobile APP.The system provides integrated functionality from data acquisition to data analysis and data presentation,and supports the most common counting and calculating events in APP analysis.It aims to help mobile Internet practitioners to understand the growth trends of business,find problems of products,and realize fast product iterative.
