At present,there are many kinds of problems,such as the road congestion,the traffic accidents,mix column of motorized vehicle and non-motorized vehicle and so on,which have a negative impact on the development of the city,at the same time,it is easy to ignore the urban traffic layout in urban planning,so that the working area is away from the living area.Therefore,the analysis of the residents' travel behavior and the exploration of the residents' travel mode are the important ways to solve the urban traffic problems.With the popularity of smart mobile phone,the mobile location data which include the time characteristics and spatial characteristics of the residents can be collected,these data can not only reflect the historical trajectory information of residents' travel,but also reflect the relevance between residents' interests and urban layout.However,the space-time features of the mobile location data are strong,the amount of data is large and the update is frequent,so that on the basis of in-depth analysis of such data,this passage has developed the real-time visualization system—Travel Analyzer v1.0 with the technologies such as SpringMVC,Spark,and the JavaScript interface of AMAP,the main work includes:1)Extraction and Analysis of Resident Travel Characteristics in Mobile Phone GPS Data:When analyzing the location data of the mobile phone,the characteristics of the residents' travel can be extracted,includes user number and distribution feature extracted according to time attributes,the number and distribution characteristics of each administrative district extracted according to the spatial attributes,and so on.2)Visual Analysis of Residents' Travel Behavior:On the basis of research on the characteristics of residents' travel,different visualization methods need to be proposed for different features,includes visualization of user traffic and distribution,visualization of user mobility,visualization of hot spots,the visualization of POI and user aggregation.3)Visual Processing of Large Data of Mobile Phone Based on Spark Platform:Most of the current visual analysis systems are based on the serial environment,but the serial systems have low efficiency for real-time data analysis,TravelAnalyzer v1.0 will adopt the big data processing method based on spark,includes:mass data processing method based on distributed computing framework and real time on-line analysis method of big data.TravelAnalyzer v1.0 can provide the evidence for decision-making for urban planning department and transportation department,to promote the coordination of urban construction and law of residents' trip,the urban layout will conform with residents' interest and the transportation will be more convenience.
