With the rapid development of communication technology, mankind has entered the mobile Internet era. The use of mobile terminals to access the Internet for information exchange in today’s information age has become a new Internet access way. In Japan and Europe and other countries, the mobile Internet has been more developed, by contrast, although the technology is still in development stage in China, but a large user base not only determines its huge market potential, but also offers invaluable data for mobile Internet-related academic research. Research on such a large user base network user behavior is significant both for mobile Internet-related companies industry to promote the market economy or the pattern of evolution of the Internet.At the same time, as the data generated by the mobile terminal is in rapid growth, we have already entered the era of big data. Mobile operators have a large number of user access data, and how to use the data in hands to build a precision marketing platform effectively is the key to solve the problem of mobile Internet behavior analysis.In this thesis, the main problems faced by mobile companies of Gansu Province are analyzed, and a precision marketing platform is constructed for Gansu province. The main work of this thesis is to expand the content of user access data, location data and other information, to improve the large data processing and analysis capabilities, to enhance and deepen the knowledge of the customers. Using the tag method depicts and segments customers’ demand characteristics, and builds a comprehensive tag library, so to improve customer portraits and customer segmentation capabilities. Based on comprehensive redefinition of customer labels, different systems and different customer label platforms are integrated. A unified customer tag library is built, so a standardized labeling system management process is formed. It becomes possible to optimize and achieve the closed-loop management support capabilities.The interactive capability optimization is done among subsystems and electronic channels, service platforms. This further strengthens the service support capabilities of customer tag system, so it is possible to quickly and flexibly respond to market demand.
