VHF radio testing equipment calibration device is a standardized testing equipment calibration to ensure accuracy of the detection equipment,the key to building a standardized hardware platform.Based on the composition of device,the calibration principle of each module unit,the type of reliability test is determined,and the stress is applied to the design of the calibration device.The reliability of the calibration device is based on the reliability research and analysis of the calibration device.The test method of each module in the program and the test process,establish the experimental statistical model,the data of the modular unit test data and reliability analysis,and gives the reliability of the recommendations.The main research of the paper is as follows:First,starting from the calibration device framework,by establishing the reliability block diagram of the calibration device,it is determined that the main unit and the modules are mainly connected in series;the comparison of different types of reliability tests based on the determination of the test is Reliability appraisal and acceptance test,and introduced the added stress and precautions required for the test;After analyzing the previous statistical model,compare the advantages and disadvantages of each model laterally,and finally put forward the standard sequential truncation test statistic model.Secondly,the design principle of the calibration device is briefly introduced,and on the basis of this,the design principle of each module unit is explained,and the design principle of the transmitter unit is further elaborated;the design principle of each module is integrated.After the requirements of the reliability test,the test methods for each unit module were proposed to provide theoretical and practical support for subsequent reliability analysis and recommendations.Finally,based on the previous module unit test data,after the establishment of the function-structural block diagram,the reliability analysis method of FMECA was used to analyze the performance of the fault,the cause of the failure,the hazard of the fault,and the results of the FMECA and the operating characteristics of the calibration device.The reliability of electronic components has been raised in three perspectives: reliability selection,system-level reliability design,and electronic components noise-reliability diagnostic technology.
