Quartz crystal is a kind of high precision frequency high precision devices,in recent years,the rapid development of information technology industry,quartz crystal industry coruscate vitality.Quartz crystal in the high speed computers,mobile phones,global positioning system(GPS),aerospace,precision instrument,remote communication,satellite communication,navigation,remote control and consumer electronics products have a wide range of applications.Quartz crystal as the standard frequency source,the main function is to provide high precision frequency reference.Although the quartz crystal manufacturing industry developed rapidly,manufacturing technology has greatly improved,but the reliability of quartz crystal is still not high.The main reason is the high reliability of quartz crystal quartz crystal manufacturing enterprises on the reliability management of products seriously enough,resulting in huge economic losses of enterprises.In this paper W quartz crystal FMECA analysis,application of quartz crystal oscillator to judge FMECA fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established on the CA fuzzy model,the fault mode fuzzy comprehensive hazard analysis,obtain the priority from the results,and clear the direction of improvement.At the same time in order to improve the reliability management level of W company for the purpose of providing solutions to improve reliability management for enterprises,and ultimately improve the reliability level of the quartz crystal.
